Sonata Software announces launch of CXe, a unique solution designed for new normal

Sonata Software Limited announced this morning about its plan to launch CXe, a unique integrated customer experience (CX) management solution developed using the ‘Platformation’ approach (Sonata’s highly esteemed framework for digital transformation) to tap the CX market to fuel growth. The proposed ‘CXe’ is designed, keeping in mind, the requirements of clients all over the world looking for a holistic end-to-end CX solution in the post-pandemic situation.   

According to the research conducted by Fortune Business Insights, the CX market is projected to grow from USD 9.26 billion in 2020 to USD 21.86 billion in 2027 at a CAGR of 13.0 per cent in the period between 2020 and 2027.  

In March 2020, Sonata Software had acquired GAPbuster Limited (GBW) a Melbourne-based company, which has its presence in the CX space from the past 30 years. ‘CXe’ is a combined result of GBW’s CX management tools and expertise supplemented by Sonata’s own Platformation methodology of driving digital transformation and deep expertise in aligned technologies like customer engagement, data and analytics.  

Customer experience is a very important aspect for businesses. A good CX experience help companies acquire loyal customers who bring in new customers through word of mouth. This helps the companies reduce the costs of acquiring new customers. Based on analyst studies and the experience of GBW, only one in five-six companies gets it right. This is the main reason why companies ask their customers for feedback.  

At 1.42 pm, the share price of Sonata Software stood at Rs 471.55 which was an increase of 0.93 per cent over its previous day’s close of Rs 467.20 on BSE.
