Shares below Rs 100: These trending shares made a fresh 52-week high on September 13!

The top low-priced gainers on BSE were Aryaman Financial Services, Safa Systems & Technologies, and Valencia Nutrition Ltd, locking in a 20 per cent upper circuit.

The Indian benchmark indices opened higher on Tuesday despite rising inflation and slowing industrial growth (as per the data issued by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation). Sensex jumped 450 points while Nifty crossed the crucial 18,000 milestone.   

With BSE Finance witnessing the biggest gains, the majority of the sectoral indices were trading higher. As the shares of Bajaj Finserv became ex-bonus and ex-split, starting today, the stock became the top Sensex gainer, surging over 4 per cent. The company has announced a stock split in the ratio of 1:5 along with a bonus share in the ratio of 1:1.   

Gujarat Apollo Industries led BSE Smallcap pack, locking at a 20 per cent upper circuit. Its shares witnessed over 37 times increase in volume after the company announced that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with PFH BV.
