Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 23!

Along with favourable global cues and good quarter earnings from major companies like Best Buy, all of the major Wall Street indices surged by more than 1 per cent overnight. Despite a spike in Covid 19 cases and concerns over stricter lockdowns in China, investor sentiments in Asian markets were upbeat.
The Indian headline indices started trading higher and were supported by gains in the metals, financial services and banking sector stocks. The only losing sectors were BSE Capital Goods and BSE Realty.
At 12:00 pm, the BSE Sensex advanced 0.21 per cent, reaching a level of 61,545. The Nifty 50 index gained 0.18 per cent to the 18,277 level. On the Sensex, Bajaj Finance, State Bank of India and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories were the Top Gainers, whereas Power Grid Corporation of India, IndusInd Bank and Larsen & Toubro were the Top Losers.
The BSE Smallcap index outpaced the major indices and gained more than 0.5 per cent. Shares of Sadbhav Engineering maintained their upward trend and surged over 14 per cent with a 12-fold surge in volume to rank as the top BSE Smallcap gainer. Significant buying was seen in the shares of Fino Payments Bank and Vascon Engineers as well.
