Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 21

The top mid-cap gainers were Crisil Ltd, Suzlon Energy Ltd and One 97 Communications Ltd.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Thursday with the Sensex down 0.54 per cent at 77,156 and the Nifty-50 down 0.72 per cent at 23,350. About 1,237 shares have advanced, 2,736 shares have declined and 92 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.37 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.67 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Crisil Ltd, Suzlon Energy Ltd and One 97 Communications Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Shiva Cement Ltd, Kiri Industries Ltd and Sterling Tools Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE Services Index and BSE Utilities Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.25 lakh crore or USD 5.04 trillion as of November 21, 2024. On the same day, 165 stocks hit a 52-week high while 184 stocks touched a 52-week low.
