Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on March 06

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading positive on Wednesday with the Sensex up 0.55 per cent at 74,086 and the Nifty-50 up 0.53 per cent at 22,474. About 899 shares have advanced, 2,961 have declined and 80 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 74,151.27 on March 06, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 made a new 52-week high of 22,497.20 on March 06, 2024.
The broader markets were in negative territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.65 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 1,91 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Max Healthcare Institute Ltd, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd and Power Finance Corporation Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Tata Chemicals Ltd, Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd and Sadhana Nitrochem Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Bankex Index and BSE Information Technology Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Services Index and BSE Realty were the only losers.
