Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on June 28

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 0.41 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 0.56 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the red on Friday with the Sensex down 0.27 per cent at 79,033, and the Nifty-50 down 0.14 per cent at 24,011. About 2,180 shares have advanced, 1,725 have declined and 107 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 79,671.58 on June 28, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 24,174 on June 28, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.41 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.56 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were JSW Infrastructure Ltd, NHPC Ltd and Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Indo Ceat Ltd, Nazara Technologies Ltd and Kalyani Investment Company Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Oil & Gas Index and BSE Energy Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Bankex Index and BSE Telecommunication Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.39 lakh crore or USD 5.26 trillion as of June 27, 2024. On the same day, 300 stocks hit a 52-week high while 26 stocks touched a 52-week low.
