Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on June 14
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 1.18 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 1.03 per cent.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the green on Friday with the Sensex up 0.24 per cent at 76,993, and the Nifty-50 up 0.29 per cent at 23,466. About 2,238 shares have advanced, 1,625 have declined and 117 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 77,145.46 on June 13, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 23,481.05 on June 12, 2024.
The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.18 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 1.03 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Schaeffler India Ltd, Vodafone Idea Ltd and Bharat Forge Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd, Avantel Ltd and Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Industrials Index and BSE Capital Goods Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Information Technology Index and BSE Teck Index were the Top Losers.
BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.35 lakh crore or USD 5.20 trillion as of June 14, 2024. On the same day, 319 stocks hit a 52-week high while 12 stocks touched a 52-week low.
