Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on June 12

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index up 1.07 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 1,06 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the green on Wednesday with the Sensex up 0.20 per cent at 76,607, and the Nifty-50 up 0.25 per cent at 23,323. About 2,548 shares have advanced, 1,339 have declined and 104 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 77,079.04 on June 10, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 23,441.95 on June 12, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.07 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 1,06 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Max Healthcare Institute Ltd, Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd and Container Corporation Of India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Elecon Engineering Ltd, Avantel Ltd and Paisalo Digital Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Power Index and BSE Industrials Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Fast Moving Consumer Goods Index and BSE Realty Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.29 lakh crore or USD 5.14 trillion as of June 12, 2024. On the same day, 250 stocks hit a 52-week high while 21 stocks touched a 52-week low.
