Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on July 02

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 0.57 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.07 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading in the red on Tuesday with the Sensex up 0.04 per cent at 79,441, and the Nifty-50 down 0.07 per cent at 24,124. About 2,047 shares have advanced, 1,870 have declined and 91 were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 79,855.87 on July 02, 2024, and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 24,236.35 on July 02, 2024.

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.57 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.07 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Solar Industries India Ltd, Godrej Properties Ltd and Oil India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are G.M.Breweries Ltd, Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd and DCX Systems Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading in mixed with the BSE Information Technology Index and BSE Realty Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Financial Services Index and BSE Bankex Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.42 lakh crore or USD 5.29 trillion as of July 02, 2024. On the same day, 358 stocks hit a 52-week high while 17 stocks touched a 52-week low.
