Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on December 13
The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 0.08 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index down 0.29 per cent.
The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in green on Friday with the Sensex up 1.04 per cent at 82,133 and the Nifty-50 up 0.89 per cent at 24,768. About 1,827 shares have advanced, 2,165 shares have declined and 113 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.
The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.08 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.29 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Crisil Ltd, Bharti Hexaware Ltd and Page Industries Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Bajel Projects Ltd, Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd and Premier Explosives Ltd.
On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE IT Index and BSE Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE Metals Index and BSE Realty Index were the Top Losers.
BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.59 lakh crore or USD 5.42 trillion as of December 13, 2024. On the same day, 227 stocks hit a 52-week high while 35 stocks touched a 52-week low.
