On Monday at 03:30 pm, the benchmark Indian indices ended the trading down with the BSE Sensex Index down 0.86 per cent at a level of 59,911 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index down 0.70 per cent at 17,703.
The broader market indices were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.46 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.22 per cent, respectively. About 1,791 shares have advanced, 1,767 declined and 166 are unchanged on BSE.
