On Wednesday at 03:30 pm, at the closing bell, the benchmark Indian indices ended flat with the BSE Sensex Index up 0.06 per cent at a level of 60,431 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index down 0.08 per cent at 17,828.
The broader market indices were trading higher, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.16 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.36 per cent, respectively. About 1,912 shares have advanced, 1,574 declined and 124 are unchanged on BSE.
