Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading mixed on Friday with the Sensex down 0.01 per cent at 74,333 and the Nifty-50 up 0.03 per cent at 22,552.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading mixed on Friday with the Sensex down 0.01 per cent at 74,333 and the Nifty-50 up 0.03 per cent at 22,552. About 2,512 shares have advanced, 1,468 shares have declined and 134 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.30 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.75 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd and Suzlon Energy Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd, Triveni Turbine Ltd and Data Patterns (India) Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Industrials Index and BSE Commodities Index were the Top Gainers while the BSE Consumer Durables Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.

As of March 07, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 3.98 lakh crore or USD 4.57 trillion. On the same day, 55 stocks hit a 52-week high, while 77 stocks touched a 52-week low.
