Rs 60/share dividend proposed: Investors rejoice as small-cap stock delivers huge returns!

Company posts strong revenue growth of 50 per cent to Rs 76.57 crore in Q4FY23.

Today, the shares of Voltamp Transformers Ltd surged on Bse on proposing a final dividend of Rs 60 per share for the year ended March 31, 2023, at the Annual General Meeting held to be held on August 7, 2023. This Small-Cap heavy electrical equipment company has a registered 45 per cent growth in net profit on a year-on-year basis.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 76.6 crore for the quarter ended in March 2023, compared to Rs 53 crore in the corresponding period last year. Its revenue also witnessed an uptick, increasing by 13.6 per cent in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2022-23 to Rs 439.9 crore compared to Rs 387.2 crore in the same period last year.

Voltamp Transformers Ltd. is an Indian company engaged in the manufacture of electrical transformers. The company has a wide range of products, including oil-filled transformers, cast resin transformers, unitized substations, and induction furnace transformers.

At present, the shares are trading at Rs 4,121.05, up by 89.90 points or 2.23 per cent from its previous closing of Rs 4,031.15 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs 4,063.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs 4,153.55 and Rs 4,063.30 respectively. So far 319 shares were traded on the counter.

Now so many suitcase companies trying lure the investor with fake figures,bonus shares ,devidends ,huge order book.be careful before putting your hard earned money.now ther is little boon in share market see the history it may rrpeat
