NBCC (India) Limited informed that the company has bagged a total of 3 orders worth Rs 369,05,00,000 from Jhansi, Telangana and Uttar Pradesh in the normal course of business. Here are the details: -
Order No – 1: Upcoming infrastructure development works of — Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University at Jhansi, Datia, and new campus viz Morena / Khajuraho, Newari from Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University, Jhansi worth Rs 331.9 crore.
Order No – 2: Construction of single court complex and residential quarter at Boath, Adilabad Dist. Telangana from the High Court for the State of Telangana worth Rs 12.17 crore.
Order No – 3: Renovation and furnishing project of ICAI Bhawan, C1 _ Sector-1, Noida, U.P. from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India worth Rs 24.98 crore.

Order Book: The company's standalone order book stands at Rs 44,700 crore while its consolidated order book stands at Rs 55,300 crore. The consolidated new order secured in the current FY23-24 is Rs 7,094 crore.

Results: According to the Quarterly Results, the net sales increased by 13 per cent to Rs 2,413 crore and the net profit increased by 61 per cent to Rs 114 crore in Q3FY24 over Q3FY23. According to nine-month results, the net sales increased by 9 per cent to Rs 6,384 crore and the net profit increased by 104 per cent to Rs 139 crore in 9MFY24 over 9MFY23. In its annual results, the net sales increased by 13.83 per cent to Rs 8,754.4 crore and the net profit increased by 16.44 per cent to Rs 277 crore in FY23 over FY22.
Today, shares of NBCC (India) Ltd gained 1.70 per cent to Rs 143.7 per share with an intraday high of Rs 147 and an intraday low of Rs 142.45. The company has been maintaining a healthy dividend payout of 44.4 per cent. In December 2023, FIIs increased their stake to 4.46 per cent compared to 4.14 per cent in September 2023 while DIIs increased their stake to 10.41 per cent compared to 10.21 per cent in September 2023
