Dilip Buildcon Ltd, a leading Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) company informed that the company has received a completion certificate for projects worth Rs 2,558.50 crore. Details below:
Project No -1: Construction of access-controlled Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) in the state of Maharashtra on EPC mode for Package-12, in section-Village Pathare Kh. To Village Sonari in district Nashik which has been completed. The completion certificate has been issued by the authority. The project was worth Rs 1,698 crore.
Project No -2: 4 lane with paved shoulder configuration of Pathrapali-Kathghora in the State of Chhattisgarh under Bharatmala on Hybrid Annuity Mode” has been provisionally completed. The Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued by the authority. The project was worth Rs 860.50 crore.
According to the financials, Dilip Buildcon has a market cap of Rs 3,578 crore. The net sales increased by 14.01 per cent and the net profit increased by 1,852.61 per cent in Q4FY23 over Q4FY22. The net sales increased by 12.36 per cent and the net profit increased by 357.96 per cent in FY23 over FY22.
Dilip Buildcon Limited is presently in the business of development of infrastructure facilities on an EPC basis and undertakes contracts from various Governments and other parties and special purpose vehicles promoted by the Company. The company’s total order book stands at Rs 25,395 crore.
On Friday, shares of Dilip Buildcon Ltd zoomed 0.08 per cent to Rs 244.65 per share with the day’s high of Rs 248.55 and low of Rs 242.65. Investors should keep an eye on this stock.
