Power Mech Projects shines on winning orders worth Rs 1,068.36 crore
Power Mech Projects Limited has received orders for four projects worth Rs 1,068.36 crore in the states of Uttar Pradesh & Odisha.
The first project includes the implementation of various rural water supply projects in the state of Uttar Pradesh for Meerut district while the second project is for Aligarh district under State Water & Sanitation Mission, Govt of Uttar Pradesh. Both these projects, amounting to Rs 449 crore each, are awarded for a joint venture of Power Mech Projects.
The third project is for Prayagraj Power Generation Company Limited for its 3x660 MW TPP, ‘field operation with Mech and C&I maintenance, BTG & BOP’ operation and maintenance (O&M) of coal handling plant (CHP), its associated systems, railway logistics and the railway yard operations and weighbridge management work worth Rs 100.36 crore in Bara (Uttar Pradesh).
Meanwhile, the fourth project includes the operation of Wagon Tippler & Truck Tippler for Tata Steel BSL worth Rs 70 crore in Angul (Odisha).
The company’s order book as of November 13, 2020 stands at Rs 6,791.8 crore. The order mix includes civil & other works (45 per cent), erection (36 per cent), O&M (15 per cent), and electrical works (4 per cent).
On Wednesday, the stock of Power Mech Projects was up by 4.2 per cent at Rs 566 from its previous close of Rs 543.35 on BSE.
