Two New Hotels in Madhya Pradesh to Open by FY 2026, Enhancing Travel Convenience and Comfort!
Lemon Tree Hotels announced the signing of two new properties under its "Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels" brand in Niman and Garoth, Madhya Pradesh. These properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. Both hotels are expected to open by FY 2026.

The upcoming hotels in Niman and Garoth will each feature 42 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, and other public areas. These properties are strategically located on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which is expected to cut travel time between Delhi and Mumbai to 12 hours upon completion.

Madhya Pradesh, known as the 'Heart of India,' offers a mix of history, culture, and natural beauty. Nimar, which includes Niman, is rich in cultural heritage and folk literature. Garoth, located near Gandhi Sagar Lake, shares its boundary with Rajasthan's Jhalawar district. These locations are expected to attract both leisure and business travelers.
