Inox Leisure and PVR quoted highs of close to 15 per cent and 10 per cent, respectively on Friday as they await ruling on the issue of price of foodstuffs sold in multiplexes.

Following stocks are close to their 52-week low as at 1.02 p.m. on August 3, 2018.

The markets on August 3, 2018 opened gap up. BSE Sensex is trading at 37,421.01, up by 255.85 points and the Nifty is trading at 11,317.65, up by 72.95 points. 

The stock of Jet Airways plunged by more than 5 per cent on Friday following buzz that the airline is facing a severe cash crunch. This has also revived expectation of a stake sale deal by the airline.

It has signed memorandum of understanding with the ministry for the project and the scope of work includes conceptualisation, design and construction of the 4,614 sqm India pavilion and other utilities, an official release said.
