GE T&D India has bagged a technology-driven grid modernization project from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. (RRVPL) to implement grid initiatives and augmenting renewable energy in the state, which will benefit the people of Rajasthan.

Zydus Cadila has received the final approval from USFDA for marketing Potassium Chloride Extended-Release Capsules USP, 8 mEq (600 mg) and 10 mEq (750 mg). This will be manufactured at the company’s formulations manufacturing facility at SEZ, Ahmedabad.

Unichem Laboratories has received ANDA approval for its allopurinol tablets. The shares jumped up by 2 per cent in the last trading session on Wednesday after the company informed about the development.

The Index of Industrial Production (IIP) witnessed a growth of below 2 per cent for the second time in 3 months in January 2019. IIP growth stood at 2.6 per cent in December. Retail inflation saw a trend reversal after 4 months of continuous decline.
