GMR Infrastructure’s step down subsidiary, Kakinada Gateway Port (KGPL) has signed the Concession Agreement with the government of Andhra Pradesh for the development of a greenfield commercial port on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) basis in Kona Village, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh.

Overall volumes in futures & options currently stand at 1.61 crore contracts with a turnover of Rs. 9,32,605.13 crore.

The company raised the funds through debt securities issued on a private placement basis. The stock of Piramal Enterprises was quoting Rs. 2,282.20 per share, up by Rs. 22.55 or 1.00 per cent in the early morning trade on Thursday.
