Lupin launched a chatbot named ANYA which is specifically designed with a view of providing medically verified information to resolve queries relating to health concerns of patients. ANYA is the first chatbot of its kind which creates awareness about diseases like diabetes.

The company has introduced pH balance and mineral fortifying range of water purifiers. The new range can purify industrial and agricultural pollutants found in drinking water.
