The shares of Dilip Buildcon shot up by over 2 per cent on the bourses on Wednesday as the company announced that it has been declared as the lowest bidder for an EPC road construction project worth Rs. 380.07 crore in Karnataka.

The market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given a go-ahead to leading bourses, NSE and BSE to offer cross currency derivatives products.

HG Infra Engineering plans to raise ~Rs.300cr through fresh issue of shares and ~Rs.162 cr. through offer for sale of 60 lakh shares. The offer will open from Feb. 26, 2018 to Feb. 28, 2018. HG Infra Engineering Ltd is engaged in infrastructure construction, development and management and is focused on road projects, including highways, bridges and flyovers. 

Following stocks are close to their 52-week low as at 12.49 p.m. on February 21.

The markets on February 21 opened up. BSE Sensex is trading at 33,800.91, up by 97.32 points and the Nifty is trading at 10,380.75, up by 20.35 points.
