Overall volumes in futures & options currently stand at 1.11 crore contracts with a turnover of Rs. 9,27,429.87 crore.

Today, the start of the F&O series expiry session is likely to be cautious and a lot of volatility is likely to be seen with the progress of the session as the traders balance their positions to the new series. The SGX Nifty indicates that the Nifty could open lower by 45 points around 10,338 at the opening bell.  

The shares of Dilip Buildcon shot up by over 2 per cent on the bourses on Wednesday as the company announced that it has been declared as the lowest bidder for an EPC road construction project worth Rs. 380.07 crore in Karnataka.
