Virinchi Limited has signed a multi-product five-year contract with Advance America Inc for a period of five years. Advance America Inc is the largest company in the US in the alternate finance industry which delivers, maintains and hosts its flagship lending management software.

Uttam Galva has informed the exchanges that it has indeed made a preliminary one-time settlement offer to payback 100 per cent of its dues to all of its lenders. This is the company’s second out of court settlement offer after the banks refused to accept a steep haircut, when the company offered to payback only 51 per cent of its dues.

SKIL Infrastructure has increased paid-up equity share capital in Navi Mumbai Smart City Infrastructure (NMSCIL) and with this, NMSCIL is ceased to be a subsidiary of the company.
