Jain Irrigation Systems, India’s largest micro-irrigation company, bagged orders worth Rs. 584 crore from the Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited, a division of Water Resources Department of Karnataka, through National Competitive Bidding. The order pertains to an Integrated Micro Irrigation Project in Karnataka. 

The private bank's board has finalised candidates for various vacant positions on its board include a replacement for the outgoing MD and CEO Rana Kapoor, said the bank in a filing to the bourses on Thursday.

The EU General Court thrashed the company's appeal against the European Commission’s decision to impose a penalty on Unichem in the perindopril patent case. The company is reviewing the judgement and might appeal before the European Court of Justice.
