Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd. (HFCL) secured two orders amounting to a total of Rs. 148 crore from Larsen & Toubro (L&T). The scope of work involves setting up telecommunication systems for Mauritius Metro Express & Dhaka Metro Mass Rapid Transit System Projects.

Overall volumes in futures & options currently stand at 1.50 crore contracts with a turnover of Rs. 9,58,378.42 crore.

Going ahead, a follow-through move below the Friday’s session low of 10,739 would open up for further correction up to the level of 10,660, which is 50 per cent retracement level of the recent upmove. Stocks in news: HFCL, PVR, Inox Leisure, Petronet LNG, Lumax Auto Technologies, Gammon India, ENIL, Fortis Healthcare, InterGlobe Aviation, Power Grid and Unichem Laboratories.

Indian markets are likely to open in the green with modest gains. The SGX Nifty indicates Nifty may open around the level of 10,774, up by 0.13 per cent.
