The share of the company gained more than 300 per cent in just one year.

Additionally, the Board of Directors proposed a final dividend of Rs 4.50 per equity share or 225 per cent of the face value of Rs 2 per equity share, for the financial year ended 31 March 2023, which is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.

Shares of the company have gained more than 15 per cent in the last six months.

On Friday, shares of Kolte Patil Developers zoomed 2.80 per cent to Rs 305.20 per share with the day’s high of Rs 320.70 and the day’s low of Rs 303.10.

The Profit After Tax stood at Rs 138.44 crore, compared to a net loss of Rs 0.68 crore in FY22.
