Inox Wind's 3 MW turbine, developed in partnership with AMSC, features a 100 m tubular tower and a 145 m rotor diameter, providing a sustainable advantage in the Indian wind turbine market due to its compact design and lower production, logistics, and installation costs.

The shares of the company have a PE multiple of 10.90 whereas the sectoral PE multiple is 28.50 with an ROE of 20 per cent. The stock offers a healthy dividend yield of 4.15 per cent and the company has been consistently paying out 60 per cent of its earnings to shareholders in the form of dividends.

The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 475 to Rs 500 per equity share. The issue size is Rs 631 crore at a higher price band.
