Thursday’s trading session witnessed a robust upswing in benchmark indices, as the Sensex marked a notable surge of 0.13 per cent, and the Nifty concluded with a 0.18 per cent gain. This positive trend extended to broader indices, with Nifty Mid-Cap registering a substantial uptick of 0.68 per cent, and Nifty Small-Cap closing higher by an impressive 1.14 per cent.

Market volatility, as indicated by the India VIX, experienced a marginal dip of 1.06 per cent, suggesting a reduction in market uncertainty.

Among the sectors, Nifty Realty, Nifty Pharma, and Nifty FMCG emerged as the Top Gainers, while Nifty PSU Bank, Nifty Bank, and Nifty IT faced some losses.

Individual stock performances showcased Ultratech Cement, HDFC Life, and Eicher Motors as the leading gainers, whereas Adani Enterprises, Indusind Bank, and Adani Ports found themselves among the Top Losers within the Nifty 50.

The broader market sentiment remains optimistic, with 1038 advancing stocks compared to 995 declining stocks, indicating a positive outlook in the broader market.

Agni Green Power - Heavy buying was witnessed in the counter as the scrip zoomed and got locked at 10 per cent upper circuit, recording an intraday high of Rs 25.40 per share on NSE. Established in 1995, Agni Green Power Ltd specializes in the comprehensive execution of turn-key Solar PV Power Plant projects. The company delivers end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services to its clients.The scrip witnessed massive spurt in volume. Established in 2005, AKG Exim Ltd is engaged in the trade of metal scrap, rice, spices, and dry fruits.

ASL Industries - The scrip experienced significant buying activity, resulting in the stock surging and getting locked at 5 per cent upper circuit, reaching an intraday high of Rs 41.30 per share on NSE. Established in 1992, ASL Industries Ltd engages in manufacturing and trading of automobile parts, railway/tramway components, and related services, including job work.

Brightcom Group - A solid price volume breakout was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied and got locked at 5 per cent upper circuit to record an intraday high of Rs 17.00 per share on NSE. Founded in 2010, Brightcom Group Ltd (formerly Lycos Internet Ltd) provides digital marketing solutions globally to businesses, agencies, and online publishers.
