Penny Stocks: Stocks likely to be in focus tomorrow!

On Friday, the trading day concluded with the Sensex and Nifty both posting modest declines, with the Sensex slipping by 0.19 per cent and the Nifty by 0.22 per cent. Similarly, the Nifty Midcap registered a 0.12 per cent decrease, while the Nifty Smallcap took a more significant hit, plummeting by 0.44 per cent.

In the sectoral landscape, the top-performing segments included Nifty Auto, Nifty Realty, and Nifty Pharma, while Nifty PSU Bank, Nifty Media, and Nifty Bank found themselves among the leading decliners of the day.

Among individual Nifty 50 stocks, the standout gainers were Tata Motors, IndusInd Bank, and HCL Technologies, while Axis Bank, Infosys, and Adani Enterprises experienced losses.

Zooming out for a broader perspective, market sentiment tilted towards the negative, as 924 stocks advanced, compared to 1082 stocks declining, painting a somewhat pessimistic picture in the broader market.

B.A.G Films & Media- Heavy buying was witnessed in the counter as the scrip zoomed and got locked at 5 per cent upper circuit, recording an intraday high of Rs 6.30 per share on NSE. The scrip witnessed massive spurt in volume. B.A.G. Films and Media Ltd is in the business of content production, distribution and allied activities.

Alps Industries- The scrip experienced significant buying activity, resulting in the stock surging and getting locked at 5 per cent upper circuit, reaching an intraday high of Rs 2.40 per share on NSE. Alps Industries is engaged in the business of textile business.

Baid Finserv- A solid price volume breakout was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied and got locked at 5 per cent upper circuit to record an intraday high of Rs 22.05 per share on NSE. Baid Finserv is a non-deposit taking NBFC carrying out the business of providing car loans, commercial vehicle loans (new & used), MSME Loans, loan against property and other asset backed loans.
