On Wednesday, Indian equity markets traded on a positive note. Nifty50 closed at 18,015.85, up by 0.48 per cent, while Mid-Cap and Small-Cap indices performed positively on broader markets. 

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday, February 16, 2023:   

Vaxtex Coftab - Heavy buying interest was witnessed in the counter as the scrip got locked at a 20 per cent upper circuit, recording a high of Rs 3.60 per share on NSE. Vaxtex Cotfab Ltd is in manufacturing and processing of fabrics of shirting and suiting. 

Blue Chip India - The stock got locked in a 12.5 per cent upper circuit and hit an intra-day high of Rs 0.45 per share on NSE. The company is in the business of providing loans. 

Landmark Property Development Company - A solid price volume break-out was seen at the counter today. The stock rallied more than 15.5 per cent to record a high of Rs 7.45 per share. The company is engaged in the business of real estate development and provides advisory and consultancy services to overseas investors from the year 2009 onwards.
