Penny Stocks: Stocks likely to be in focus tomorrow!

Mid-cap and Small-cap indices outperformed broader markets recording decent gains

On Monday, Indian equity markets kicked off the new week on a somber note. Nifty 50 ended the session at 17,764, down by 0.50 per cent. Mid-Cap and Small-Cap indices outperformed broader markets recording decent gains.

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Tuesday, February 7, 2023:   

Vodafone Idea - Shares of the company skyrocketed ~24 per cent to a high of Rs 8.60 after the government decided to convert the company's accrued interest worth Rs 16,133 crore, on account of deferment of adjusted gross revenue (AGR) and spectrum dues, into equity. With this, the government owns a 33 per cent stake, making it the biggest shareholder of the company.

HLV - A solid price volume break-out was seen in the counter today. The stock surged more than 13 per cent to record a high of Rs 12.05 per share. The company is primarily engaged in the business of owning, operating & managing hotels, palaces and resorts. 

Debock Industries - Only buyers were seen in the counter as the scrip locked at a 10 per cent upper circuit, recording an intra-day high of Rs 13.95 per share on NSE. The company has interest in real estate, infrastructure development, sales and marketing, agriculture products and in hospitality industry.
