The company is in the business of cement production and is a part of the Jaypee Group. It has two manufacturing plants situated in Andhra Pradesh. The company has been undergoing insolvency proceedings, while Sagar Cements and Dalmia Cement (India) seem to be the front-runners for acquiring the company.
