Mid-cap and small-cap stocks bucked the negative broader market trend, recording decent gains. 

On Tuesday, the Indian equity markets ended the session on a flat note. Nifty 50 closed in the red territory with losses of a mere 0.06 per cent. The Mid-Cap and Small-Cap stocks bucked the negative broader market trend, recording decent gains. 

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, September 7, 2022:     TGB Banquets & Hotels – The shares of the company froze at 10 per cent and hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 13.45 per share on NSE. Only buyers were seen in this scrip. The stock zoomed 38.66 per cent over the last five trading sessions.    

DCM Financial Services– The company’s stock hit an upper price band of 5 per cent during the early market hours. The scrip has seen back-to-back upper circuits over the last one month, furnishing astronomical returns of 86.96 per cent. The company offers services such as equipment leasing, hire-purchase, inter-corporate deposits, bill discounting, etc.
