Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus on Wednesday

Bhartiya International, Total Transport Systems, Precision Wires India, Ganesh Benzoplast, and BSL Limited made a fresh 52-week high today. These small-cap stocks will likely be in focus on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.   

On Tuesday, frontline equity headline indices Nifty 50 and Sensex recorded losses of 0.26 per cent and 0.30 per cent, to close the session at 17,332.50 and 58,107.47, respectively. BSE Small-cap index ended in the green territory at 29,359.97, marginally up by 0.09 per cent.    

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday:   

Panache Digilife – The company has won the acclamation and recognition from the Government of India for getting selected under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for IT Hardware manufacture. In this regard, the company has announced that it did strategic tie-ups in the capacity of a contract manufacturer for ‘All-in-One PC’ and servers from renowned and reputed organizations.

These tie-ups enable the company in achieving significantly enhanced, high volumes which will direct Panache to move in a direction of devising and realizing the plans for volume expansions and formalization of new investments plans. The higher manufacturing volumes will also enable them in achieving a state of sustained quality manufacturer of IT & IoT products. 

HFCL Limited – The company has informed the exchange that it has successfully raised Rs 600 crore via (Qualified Institutional Placement) QIP issue. The QIP has shown an overwhelming response from institutional investors like Reliance Ventures, Quant Mutual Fund, IIFL Wealth, Elara India, Discovery, Segantii, Millennium amongst others.

The QIP proceeds shall be predominantly utilized towards the funding of capital expenditure requirements for setting up of new manufacturing facilities, capacity expansions and expenditure on R&D and product development.
