Overnight Digest: These small caps will be in focus on Thursday

NRB Industrial Bearings, JBM Auto, Swelect Energy Systems, Arshiya Limited, Allied Digital Services and Bedmutha Industries made a fresh 52-week high today.

On Wednesday, headline indices Sensex and Nifty recorded new highs of 60,836.63 and 18.197.80 respectively. Both indices closed the session with gains of 0.75 per cent and 0.94 per cent respectively. BSE Mid-cap index rallied 1.56 per cent to end at 26,556.43. BSE Small-cap index relatively outperformed broader markets by gaining only 0.59 per cent. 

The following small-cap and mid-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday:

Brahmaputra Infrastructure – The company along with their joint venture partner have received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the office of Mission Director (Assam Skill Development Mission) for the execution of the Contract Package. It is the detailed design and construction of ASU campus and facilities campus development including landscape, horticulture, water bodies, internal roads, pavements, drainage, electrification, street lighting, sewerage, water supply, etc. It also includes building works for academic blocks, specialized laboratories, workshops, computer laboratory, library, administration and special service facility buildings such as canteen, hostels and recreation facilities for a total amount Rs 293.88 crore.
