Thomas Cook - The company inked a strategic multi-year memorandum with Shanghai Disney Resort via its subsidiary, Digiphoto Entertainment Imaging (DEI).
SRF – The company’s board of directors approved a project for setting up a range of dedicated plants to produce speciality chemicals at an approximate cost of Rs 238 crore.
NALCO - The company declared its standalone financial results for Q4FY21. On a YoY basis, the revenue from operations grew by 45.74 per cent. Meanwhile, its total income registered a growth of 40.74 per cent. Net profit for the fourth quarter of FY21 stood at Rs 838.22 crore as against Rs 178.91 crore in Q4FY20, clocking significant gains.
Shalimar Paints - The company declared its financial results for Q4FY21 ending March 31. The key consolidated highlights of the company were EBITDA, which turned positive to Rs 3.6 crore. Besides, the company saw a healthy operating cash flow of Rs 15.8 crore.
Vikas Lifecare- The board gave the approval to establish a manufacturing facility to produce 'ethanol' with an initial installed capacity of 60 KL per day. Also, the company plans to acquire a start-up 'Green life Agritech' for further expansion of its product portfolio of ‘consumer & healthcare’ segment.
