Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on February 6

The stocks that are expected to witness a significant movement on the bourses on February 6 are Bharti Airtel/Vodafone/Idea Limited, Alok Industries Limited, Indiabulls Ventures Limited, Tata Motors Limited, Reliance Industries Limited and Endurance Technologies Limited.  

 

Bharti Airtel/Vodafone/Idea Limited: Reports surfaced on Monday that the SC has issued notice to Bharti Airtel, Vodafone, Idea on CCIÂ’s challenge. The stocks are likely to be watched on Tuesday.

 

Alok Industries Limited: The company announced on Monday that its corporate insolvency resolution process (CIR process) has commenced under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by the National Company Law Tribunal. The stock likely to be in focus on Tuesday.  

 

Indiabulls Ventures Limited: The company informed the bourses on Monday that it has filed a Letter of Offer- Issue of upto 83,333,333 partly paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each for cash at a price of Rs. 240 (including a premium of Rs. 238) per equity share fo1r an amount of up to Rs. 20,000 million on a rights basis to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 3 Rights Equity Shares for every 16 fully paid-up equity shares. The stock is likely to be watched on Tuesday.  

 

Tata Motors Limited: The company announced on Monday that Tata Motors and Warburg Pincus have mutually decided to call off the transaction in Tata Technologies. The stock is likely to be in limelight on Tuesday.    

 

Reliance Industries Limited: The speculations are rife that RIL has emerged as the sole contender to acquire stake in JBF Industries. The stock is likely to be watched on Tuesday.

 

Endurance Technologies Limited: The company announced that it is setting up of a plant in Malur Taluka, Kolar District in Karnataka. The stock is expected to be watched on Tuesday.
