In response to optimistic global cues, Indian headline indices reached new all-time highs and ended the session higher, mostly due to significant gains in BSE IT, BSE Realty and BSE Metals. The BSE Sensex gained 0.29 per cent to 63,284 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index added 0.29 per cent to a level of 18,812.

Coforge Ltd - Shares of Coforge Ltd, a global digital services and solutions provider, ended the session over 2 per cent higher as the company announced an expanded global partnership with Tokio Marine HCC, headquartered in Houston, Texas and a leading specialty insurance group with offices in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom and continental Europe, to drive IT transformation.
The Phoenix Mills Ltd - Phoenix Citadel, Indore's largest retail destination, was officially opened today by India's premier retail mall developer and operator. The mall is expected to have a significant economic impact on the state of Madhya Pradesh, as well as to be one of the largest employment generators.
Polycab India Ltd - Redington Limited, a well-known global provider of supply-chain solutions and Polycab India, one of India's largest manufacturers of wires and cables, have announced their strategic alliance for the Indian market. Redington will now serve as Polycab's national distributor for its whole line of passive networking solutions. As a result of this encouraging news, shares soared and ended 1.65 per cent higher.
