Overnight digest: Keep a watch on these stocks for August 31

The equity market benchmark indices were trading on a strong note on Monday, giving fresh 52-week highs at the commencement of the trading session. The rally was lead by banks, metals & real estate stocks, whereas IT stocks witnessed profit booking. In the broader markets, the small-cap and mid-cap stocks were also on a buzz on Monday as BSE Smallcap and BSE Midcap indices registered attractive gains. 

Following stocks will be in focus on Tuesday -  

L&T Construction - The company is likely to be in focus on Tuesday as it has bagged 'significant' contracts for its various businesses. The share price of this company settled at Rs 1,661.95 per share on Monday, which is 1.46 per cent up on BSE.  

Granules India - The company has received approval from Health Canada for Acetaminophen extended-release tablets for arthritis. Watch out for this stock on Tuesday. 

DLF Ltd - The stock of the company closed at Rs 320 per share, which is 2.63 per cent up on BSE. It has outperformed BSE Realty index, which gained 1.94 per cent on Monday. The stock has touched its 52-week high on August 3, 2021, post which, it dipped by 12.99 per cent. In the last 2 days, the stock is seen forming green candles with a decent rise in volumes. It has also bounced twice from its support level but is still trading below its moving average lines. Keep an eye on this stock for Tuesday's trading session. 

Goodluck India - The company has been awarded LoI by L&T for Bullet Train Project.  The LoI is for an order worth over Rs 198 crore for the supply & fabrication of special bridges. The project will be executed under IHI-Japanese experts and completed by 2023. The stock is likely to be in focus on Tuesday. 

Bharti Airtel - This stock was the top gainer in Sensex group on Monday. It ended at Rs 624.75, gaining by 5.19 per cent. A long green candle was formed in Monday's trading session along with a spurt in volumes. The stock has closed above its 20 and 30-day moving averages during Monday's trading session and is likely to be on investors’ radar on Tuesday.
