Opening spotlight: These stocks emerged as top gainers in the pre-opening session today!

The rally in two of the three stocks came on the back of robust Q4FY22 results, which were announced on Friday post-market hours.

The markets kicked off the week on a positive note. In the pre-opening session today, S&P BSE Sensex was up by more than 1 per cent to the level of 55,524.14.   

Similarly, S&P BSE Midcap and S&P BSE Smallcap both gained nearly a per cent each. On the sectoral front, metals gained around 0.4 per cent while energy and power surged 1.27 per cent & 0.4 per cent respectively.   

Amid these positive sentiments, Fine Organic Industries, Sanofi India, and 3M India emerged as the Top Gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session.   

Fine Organic Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, surged 8.8 per cent to trade at Rs 4,460 apiece in the pre-opening session today. This surge came on the back of results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022, which was announced on Friday, after the market hours.   

Sanofi India Ltd, an S&P BSE 200 company, too gained in the pre-opening session. At 9.07 am, the shares of the company were trading at Rs 7,018.40, an increase of 7.67 per cent over its previous closing price on BSE.   

At the same time, 3M India Ltd, another S&P BSE 200 company, soared 7.36 per cent. The company announced its Q4FY22 results on Friday, post-market hours. During the quarter, its revenue from operations grew by 10.3 per cent YoY whereas PAT grew by 60 per cent YoY.
