On Wednesday, shares of Bartronics India Limited hit a 10 per cent upper circuit to Rs 14.86 per share from its previous closing of Rs 13.51 per share. The stock’s 52-week high is Rs 25.84 per share while its 52-week low is Rs 13 per share.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 0.82 crore in 9MFY25 compared to a net loss of Rs 0.59 crore in 9MFY24, an increase of 239 per cent. In its annual results (FY24), the company reported net sales of Rs 48.84 crore and a net profit of Rs 1.38 crore.

The Board will also consider the proposal to invest in cryptocurrency. Furthermore, Bartronics and Singapore's PTW Group have partnered to advance India's semiconductor industry. PTW's entry into India will leverage its expertise to support India's global hub ambitions. New facilities will focus on equipment production, refurbishment, and training.
