Olatech Solutions becomes three hundred and eighty-sixth company to get listed on BSE SME platform

Olatech Solutions Limited is a Maharashtra-based business with its registered headquarters in Navi Mumbai.

On August 29, 2022, Olatech Solutions Limited became three hundred and eighty-sixth business to get listed on BSE SME platform. In an initial public offering, Olatech Solutions Limited sold 7,00,000 equity shares worth Rs 10 each for a cash price of Rs 27 per equity share (the ‘offer price’), for a total of Rs 1.89 crore. On August 19, 2022, the firm successfully concluded its public offering.  

Olatech Solutions Limited is a Maharashtra-based business with its registered headquarters in Navi Mumbai. The company operated in the OSS-BSS market, offering data centre, enterprise, telecom, and IT software solutions. Additionally, the company offers network services, system integration, managed services, cloud & data centre services, portal and mobile app development along with consultancy services that enable web to digital technologies in businesses.  

Around 150 businesses have already moved to the main board. As of August 26, 2022, the 385 firms, which were already listed on BSE SME platform, have a combined market valuation of Rs 57,000 crore, receiving Rs 4,132.16 crore from investors. With a 61 per cent market share in this industry, BSE dominates the market.  

On March 13, 2012, BSE became the first stock exchange to receive SEBI approval and start its SME platform.
