NBCC India rises over 4 per cent after getting work order as PMC consultant
NBCC (India) Limited announced on Monday after the market hours that it has been awarded the work order for engagement as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the construction of FCIL office building at Noida, Sector -1.
NBCC is the Project Management Consultant for this project, which has a value of Rs 65.10 crore at a PMC fee of seven per cent.
Reacting to this, the company’s stock today increased by 4.84 per cent and made an intraday high of Rs 43.30 per share at 10.11 am.
Besides, the company reported a net profit of Rs 96.84 crore in Q3FY21. It had reported a profit of Rs 55.05 crore in Q3FY20, which is an increase of 75.93 per cent. The company reported net sales of Rs 2,078.18 crore for Q3FY21, an increase of 8.43 per cent as against the net sales of Rs 1,916.68 crore for Q3FY20.
NBCC (India) operates through three segments viz., project management consultancy (PMC), real estate development and engineering, procurement & construction (EPC).
According to BSE data, the stock traded at a P/E multiple of 43.10 and a price-to-book ratio of 4.75. The stock has a 52-week high and a 52-week low of Rs 54 and Rs 16.80, respectively.
At the time of market closing, the company's stock was trading at Rs 43.10, up by 4.36 per cent on BSE.
