Multibagger stock: This infrastructure giant bags massive work orders worth more than Rs 1000 crore!

On June 06, 2023, Larsen & Toubro Limited informed in the exchange filing that the company’s buildings & factories (B&F) business has recently secured EPC orders in India ranging between Rs 1,000 – 2,500 crores.
The company has won an order from a reputed developer to construct Commercial Towers at two locations in Mumbai. The first tower would be the Tallest Commercial Building in India (300.05m high). The scope of the work includes four-level basements and 2 towers of 70 floors & 50 floors respectively with a combined BUA of 3.4 million Sqft. The tower is to be completed in forty months.
The second tower would be a Large Commercial Building of 5.1 million Sqft and the scope of the work includes four-level basements and 2 Towers of 19 floors each with combined BUA of 5.1 million Sqft. The towers is to be completed in thirty-five months.

On Tuesday, the stock opened at Rs 2265.05 with a high and low of Rs 2280.00 and Rs 2263.30. The stock previously closed at Rs 2269.15. The stock closed trading at Rs 2277.40, up by 0.36 per cent. It has a 52-week high of Rs 2416.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 1456.80. The stock has delivered multibagger returns of more than 170 per cent in the last three years.
