Muhurat Trading: Dont miss action in these three real estate stocks!

The real estate stocks are seen trending on bourses with the BSE Real Estate index soaring higher by more than 2 per cent on Wednesday. BSE Real Estate index has also been one of the top performing sectoral index along with BSE Metal index.

Following real estate stocks should be on your watchlist for the Muhurat Trading session:

1. Oberoi Realty: The shares of Oberoi realty jumped higher by nearly 6 per cent on Wednesday. A moving average crossover of 9D SMA and 20D SMA was seen on November 2 which indicates bullishness in the near term. The positive results will also support the stock price action in Oberoi Realty. The stock is in intermediate uptrend and made a fresh 52 week high on Wednesday.

2. Godrej Properties: The shares of Godrej Properties rose by 3.47 per cent on Wednesday. A Bullish Engulfing Candlestick Chart Pattern was formed on Wednesday in Godrej Properties, which indicates a strong buying interest in the counter. The shares of Godrej properties will be in focus in the near term. 

3. Sobha Developers: The shares of Sobha Developers gained with a price volume breakout on Wednesday ahead of its Q2FY22 earnings. The market participants expect stellar earnings from Sobha developers as is the case with most of the real estate companies. The stock has gained in all the past three trading sessions. The bulls will be encouraged to know that the shares of Sobha Developers closed at the days high on Wednesday thus forming a Marubozu candlestick chart pattern. This indicates bullishness in the counter.
