Shares of Adani Power, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd and Nava Bharat Ventures have rallied in today’s trading session.
While markets opened above the previous closing level, as of noon, BSE Sensex was down by 0.22 per cent.
Nava Bharat Ventures ascends more than 11 per cent
Nava Bharat Ventures Ltd was established in 1972 as an Indian ferro alloys manufacturer. The share has rallied more than 11 per cent in the first half of today's trading session as the company announced an investment of USD 100 million to expand its operations.
Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd jumps more than 7 per cent
Paras Defence and Space Technologies (PDST) is a Private sector company primarily engaged in the designing, developing, manufacturing, and testing of a variety of defence and space engineering products and solutions. The company’s stock soared 7.39 per cent in early trade on Wednesday. At a meeting held on March 17, 2022, The Board of Paras Defence and Space Technologies have approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary named, Paras CAA Gearup. The proposed subsidiary shall be engaged in the business of development, manufacturing and trading of popular handgun and rifle conversion kits.
Adani Power gained more than 5 per cent
Adani Power (APL), a part of the diversified Adani Group, is the largest private thermal power producer in India. The share has rallied more than 5 per cent in the first half of today's trading session as the company ties up with Japan's IHI, Kowa Company for sustainable power generation. Kowa supported APL by conducting a global survey of hydrogen and ammonia-related technologies being utilised for power generation.
