Mid cap and Small cap funds recovers post market crash

With the massive market crash, mutual fund industry also witnessed a drop-in returns. However post the market crash in the last week ending on February 14, 2018 we have seen a surge in the NAVs of the small cap and Mid cap schemes.

In the last one-week, various schemes in mid cap and small cap category have given good returns. During the market crash these funds turned sour and hurt investors sentiments. The returns from these funds are expected to remain lower in a yearly frame. But for now these funds turned green and outperformed their respective categories. Here are some top funds which outperformed their category in the last one week.

The revival in the returns clearly suggest that these schemes have the potential to perform in the longer run, so after the correction these schemes seems to be all set to see new highs.
