L&T Technology collaborates with Mavenir to deliver Open RAN & 5G test automation solutions

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) Ltd, a company engaged in the provision of engineering and R&D (ER&D) services, announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Mavenir, a US-based telecommunications software company, for the purpose of delivering end-to-end 5G automation services.

The automation services comprise continuous integration (CI) or continuous delivery (CD) automation of the 5G open radio access network (ORAN) portfolio of radio unit (RU)/ distributed unit (DU)/ centralised unit (CU) products, together with the cloud-native 5G non-stand-alone (NSA) and stand-alone (SA) core network products, for global frequency bands that support time division duplex (TDD) and frequency division duplex (FDD) technology.  

This strategic partnership between LTTS and Mavenir aids a one-of-a-kind opportunity for co-creation and contributes to a joint go-to market strategy. This drives innovation in the 5G space towards customer service points (CSPs) and enterprises.  

At 11.58 am, the share price of L&T Technology Services (LTTS) Ltd was trading at Rs 2,874.70, which was a decrease of 0.39 per cent over its previous day’s closing price of Rs 2,886 on BSE.
